HORTOSAF ASSOCIATES

HORTOSAF ASSOCIATES  LTD  was  incorporated  in  1987  to provide  Management  &  Financial Consulting Services.The CEO is Gabriel Foluso Fasoto, a Chartered Accountant & Tax Practitioner.

In 2003, the company published its first book, The Nigerian Tax Companion, a compendium of tax laws in Nigeria. The second edition of the book was published in 2007, while the Nigerian Tax Companion Series – Personal Income Tax Act as amended up to 2011 was published in August, 2012. The company hopes to publish more professional and academic books.

APPLETAX CONSULT

APPLETAX CONSULT was registered in 2005 to render professional services in taxation.

The Managing Partner/CEO is Mr. Foluso Fasoto, a Chartered Accountant & Tax Practitioner.

APPLETAX CONSULT has successfully organized tax training, seminars and workshops.

The firm has equally developed computerized tax system for companies.
