Gabriel Foluso Fasoto MBA, FCA, FCTI is the CEO of the Firm. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1985 and was admitted an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in March 1987. He is a Past President of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN). He is a fellow and past Council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI).
Mr. G.F. Fasoto had his professional training in the reputable Firm of Z. O. Ososanya & Co., Chartered accountants (1982 – 1985) and worked with Nigercafe and Foods (W.A) Ltd as Chief Accountant, Finance and Administration Manager and General Manager/Chief Executive (1986 – 1994). He left the company for full-time participation in the Firm as the Managing Partner in 1994. He was a member of the Federal Government of Nigeria’s 2003 Study Group on Tax Reform as well as a member of the 2004 Working Group that reviewed the Study Group’s report. He was also a member of the Federal Government of Nigeria’s 2000 Committee on non-Oil Revenue Generation.
He is the author of NIGERIAN TAX COMPANION, a compendium of tax laws in Nigeria and currently the only book of its type. Fasoto is highly revered in tax sector.
He has over thirty (30) years’ experience in Accounting, Taxation and Auditing and Consultancy.

Joachim Adebayo Ajayi
Joachim Adebayo Ajayi, (FCA, ACTI) has both B.Sc. and M.Sc in Statistics.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
He had his professional training at Ernst & Young from 1987 to 1999. Thereafter, he worked as top management staff at Peak Merchant Bank Ltd, Studio Press (Nigeria) Plc and Seedvest Microfinance Bank Ltd before joining Gabe Fasoto & Co. in 2011 as Principal Manager.
Onikoyi, Shamsideen Kolawole
Onikoyi, Shamsideen Kolawole, (LLB, ACTI, FCA) holds an L.L.B degree from the Lagos State University, (LASU) and a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. He also holds a Masters degree in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Member, Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN).
He started his working career with Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers) in 1993 as an Audit Senior before crossing over to the banking sector where he spent 13years and resigned as a Principal Manager (Institutional Banking Group) with Bank PHB Plc in 2006. He is presently a Manager with Gabe Fasoto and Co.
